| Dear friends, I was in 1992 in your region and I was shocked about the poorness of Albania.I was invited by the Albanian Embassy in Paris in my position as international president FECC (European foundation for festivals and Carnivals).In 2005 I visited Tirana and Skodra again and I was surprised about the developments in Albania.Last year I was the guest-of-honour of the mayor and council of Korça for the occasion of their Summercarnival.Likewise Korça I observed good developments in Bushat as well.I intend to visit your community during my next visit, because I will visit the cathedral of Skodra with the Franciscan padre Pashko Gojcaj from Tuzi(Montenegro).
